Alan Burgess is not your average yoga class. Cherokee members have exclusive
access to a guided tour of yoga from the ground up. In this class we will focus
on specific concepts and muscle activation, stretching, relaxation and meditation.
Do you have a tight shoulder? Or an old sport injury? We will help to guide you through practices designed to release chronic muscle tightness while creating proper muscle activation patterns to improve muscle efficiency. By the end of this class you should feel more relaxed and ready to tackle your day.

Cycle Revolution

Thursdays 7:30-8:30am
Wednesdays and
Fridays 9:15-10:15am
This class combines 30 minutes of cycling with 30 minutes of
body weight training for a great toning and cardio workout. The best of
both worlds!
