Health screening test to assess health and fitness levels

Sampling of meals with 7 super foods and benefits of each

Performance Training, Inc. and its fitness and nutrition specialist will take you through “7” health screening tests to assess your health and fitness levels as well as teach you exercises that will help strengthen, tone, and increase your overall fitness. To follow up the test and review the results each attendee is invited to sign up for a one on one consultation for help in setting some goals to strive towards a healthier lifestyle. Come in your nicest fitness attire and be prepared to go through the Super 7!
Next, food sampling of “7” Super foods that are beneficial for your health and that can easily be used in several recipes. Chef David Pinkney will prepare all the items using the “7” super foods for each attendee to taste. The benefits of these super foods will be discussed by Nutrition Fitness Coach Betsy Johnson as well as recipes sampled by all. Learn how easy it is to prepare these variations and how a little can go a long way when it comes to your health.
