February Fitness

February Free Classes

PTI invites you to switch up your current routine or try something new! All February long we will be offering free trial classes of Yoga, Cycling, Soul Spin, and Group Fitness. See the schedule below for dates and times:

Yoga: Every Tuesday and Thursday @ 9:30 a.m.

Cycling: Every Friday @ 9:15 a.m. and Every Saturday @ 8:00 a.m.

Soul Spin: Every Tuesday @ 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Group Fitness: Every Wednesday @ 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

Every Thursday @ 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

 

Couch to 5K

Cherokee Country Club and PTI will be having a 5K right here at the club golf course! To help you prepare for it, we will be offering a Couch to 5K clinic. This program is designed to help first time runners or intermediate runners and even those who are new to fitness.

Let us guide as you prepare for this fun family event!

-Meet twice a week with your group to workout

-Meet every Saturday Morning for a “fun run” with the group

-Custom designed running schedule will be given to all

 

Soul Spin

Come move your body to the beat of the music in this energetic class that combines spin class with resistance training. This class is great for:

-Working the whole body with resistance training

-Burning lots of calories with high intensity spin

-Toning the Abs with core work

Every Tuesday @ 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
