New Ladies Fitness Groups

Performance Training is starting two new Fitness Classes at Cherokee geared specifically towards the Ladies! With the Holidays around the corner and Football season upon us, join us as we fight the stress and the unwanted pounds in a fun group environment!

 

Morning Express Workout

This class is perfect for those with a jam packed day, but still want to squeeze in a great workout. This 30 minute session combines cardio and weight training to maximize your time in the gym!

Every Monday and Thursday @ 9:30 a.m.

 

Lunch Time Group

This group is all about working out and having a good time! Come burn calories, tone muscle, and have some laughs in this mid-day workout!

Every Tuesday and Thursday @ 11:00 a.m.

 

First class is free!
